Health risks are higher in men from the age between 35 to 65.

Men avoid and ignore the fact that staying fit isnt just about falling ill and suffering from diseases. It goes beyond the physical body. Health also means staying fit emotionally and spiritually. The key to healthy living starts with healthy eating. This isnt for men only, it applies to all. What you eat determines whether you will be healthy or not. Eating balance and nutritious diet is important. One must avoid oily or fried stuff. Fatty foods should be kept at a distance as well. Foods rich in vitamins and minerals and fibres is good for health.

Water is also a part of having good health. Taking a lot of walter is important is good. It keeps the body safe from constipation and plays a vital role in fighting harmful agents. Apart from eating, working out and staying fit is also very very important. Many have started to realize this fact and join gymnasiums to stay fit. Yoga, work outs, jogging, arobics and many more form of exercise have become an inseperable part of people’s life. As long as it keeps your muscle moving and sweating, any of your choice of work out is good.

It is important for everyone to know that men tend to suffer from many health related problems, the most common of all is high cholestrol. This is a serious health problem which isnt much of a disease but it is dangerous. High cholestrol leads to heart disease. To avoid high cholestrol level proper diet is important. The most dangerous of all thing about this problem is that it has no symtoms, so it is important that you get your cholestrol level checked by a doctor.

Moreover, staying fit spiritually and emotional is also important. Mental illness and disfunctions is also a part of being unhealthy. Thus, find many reasons to be happy, inorder to be healthy. A safe and healthy lifestyle is a great defense against all the diseases and will help you feel and perform better on a daily basis. There is no better way to live a life than living it healthy.
