Health Guide ("we," "us," or "our") operates https://healthguidesite.com/. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
When you use our Health Planner or calculators, any data you enter (age, weight, height, etc.) is stored only in your browser's localStorage. It is never transmitted to our servers and we have no access to it. Clearing your browser data or using a different device will erase it.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage data: pages visited, time on site, general geographic region, and device type. We do not collect your name, email address, or precise location. Analytics only activates after you click Accept on the cookie banner.
wordpress_*, wp-settings-*). These expire when you log out or close your browser. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Google Analytics 4 — only activated with your consent. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time by visiting your cookie settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Data stored in your browser's localStorage remains there until you clear your browser data or we provide a "Reset" function within the tool. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default (configurable in your GA4 property settings).
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because health data is stored only in your browser, you can delete it at any time by clearing your localStorage or using the "Edit profile" button in the Health Planner.
For analytics data held by Google, you may request deletion by contacting us at the email below so we can submit a deletion request on your behalf, or by using Google's opt-out tools above.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
